Exclusive NYC household seeks a professional Live-Out Housekeeper to oversee and keep maintaining the interior of their additional country / farm residence in Great Neck, Long Island. The clients are generally in-residence during the winter months. The ideal prospect need knowledge doing work in a formal and/or semi-formal home, with complete familiarity with formal solution, though not necessary every day. The best couple will have the ability and happy to work in property with both kids and animals because the family members comes with school-aged kiddies. This can be a country house with farm animals and organic produce home gardens so farm knowledge is an advantage, though absolutely not employment necessity. The schedule would be weekends inclusive November through March and Monday through Friday all of those other 12 months. The ideal candidate is very flexible with their schedule as this is a new property for the family, the needs are still somewhat in flux. Obligations feature, but they are not limited to: -Coordinating maintenance the residence s amenities including pool, tennis court, gardening, etc., along with managing specific vendors for every amenity -Managing extra home staff -Ensuring the property is beautifully maintained and guest-ready at all times -Museum quality cleaning through the house or apartment with attention to bed rooms, special surfaces and bathrooms, etc. -Full laundry tasks the couple family members including washing, ironing, steaming, closet business, handling a listing of garments which were sent out for professional service, etc. -Packing and unpacking clothing for vacation, plus preparing their 2nd and third residences before arrival -Serving meals as needed and providing formal solution upon ask for luncheons, supper parties, etc. including table setup, floral arrangements, bartending, wine pouring and pairing and visitor greeting & socialization -Heavy organization throughout the residence including pantries, cooking area, closets, etc. -Grocery shopping and procuring products when it comes to house -Additional Housekeeping-related jobs and responsibilities, both macro and micro, as needed or upon demand -Excellent demand associated with English language -Minimum 5 7 + many years related professional experience providing as a Housekeeper for an exclusive family - excellent company skills and multitask management; able to undertake both macro in addition to micro jobs near the residence -Professional mentality and manor; continual usage of discernment and confidentiality essential -Incredibly hands-on, capable work both by themselves and as section of a team -Knowledge of organic produce landscapes, farm animals and beekeeping an advantage -Strong housekeeping experience, including proper care of antiques and unique areas -Strong washing abilities including work, steaming, dresser company and upkeep, including hefty company -Ability to oversee sellers and construction projects -Flexible in scheduling; OK to function both extended hours and overtime as needed -Valid Driver's License; confident drivers with zero things, prepared and in a position to drive customer minimally as needed -Legally able to work with the usa for any company
